First trip of the 2022 season out of LBI and loaded up on more tile fish than we know what to do with!
Spent some more time fishing off the coast of NC, and hooked up with some nice mahi and wahoos on the Ahi Heads!
Had an unforgettable trip off the coast of Morehead NC. The Ahi Casting Head was a killer for amberjack, and the Ahi Heads did great with wahoo. Capped the trip off with a fat 110″ 800lb bluefin!
4 yellowfin tuna and 3 longfin tuna. The yellowfin were caught chunking at night. The longfin were caught trolling during the day.
Did a fluke trip off of Nantucket and caught 20 quality fluke up to 11 lbs. and 7 seabass.
Did a trip out East to Veach Canyon. Caught 40 yellowfin, and a small swordfish. Stopped at Nantucket shoals on the way in and caught 8 fluke up-to 12 lbs.
Great day at sea. Caught us 27 yellowfin tuna, keeping only 18 of the larger ones.
Saturday, 11/7 we caught 8 bass off of Island Beach State Park.Sunday, 11/8 we caught 10 bass off of Manasquan Ridge.
Took a trip up to Rockaway Bach, NY to what we say was the best striper fishing day. We caught 25 bass ranging from 18-45 lbs. All caught on Reel Innovation’s Bunker Spoons.
Great fishing for the 2020 season continues. Landing a big-eye, 7 yellow-fin, 2 swordfish and 1 long-fin.
One of those “should of been here yesterday trips.” The night started off immediately hooking into a nice swordfish. After an hour and a half we boated this 78″ sword. The swordfish kept us busy for most of the night, landing two more. At 4:00 AM the swordfish bites turned into an all out blitz …
We took advantage of the great inshore live bait fishery in Cape Cod. Fishing with live mackerel was the ticket to getting multiple bites per day by the Giant Bluefins.
We recently brought our boat to Hyannis Massachusetts for 3-weeks of Giant Blue-fin Tuna fishing. Fishing seems to be at its peek right now. We were able to catch 9 Blue-fun in the first two days of our fishing trip. The fish ranged from 65″-84″ thus far.
2-Day trip, deep dropping in NE Canyons targeting swordfish. Tough conditions, with very few bites. Ended up with a 73″ big eye and a 100 lb. swordfish.
